Notably, PW is not a political figure per se, while everyone else is (Biden, DeSantis, Putin), so there is bias that would reflect in lower scores for Biden, DeSantis, etc.
Yes, I think his high-ish rating is BECAUSE he’s supposed to be apolitical. Plus, the poll wasn’t asking about popularity. It asked which figure would be best able to politically unite Americans. Of course the most politically neutral name on the list would win!
In my opinion, that poll was utterly a PR propaganda for the royals and that's it. I read that they polled something like a thousand people, that doesn't even cover my neighborhood! How can that possibly be described as covering Americans feelings? Or even a single group of Americans feelings?
Clearly you don't understand statistics. Even in presidential elections in the US the number of people polled is typically between 1,000 and 1,200. And they're usually very accurate. It's a science.
