Watched the first episode, it was good. Very down to earth and relatable. Felt authentic to her too. This show is a good example of something you have to watch yourself and make up your own mind before the media tells you a hundred different negative tales about Meghan
So far I've watched four episodes, and looking forward to four more! The show has energized me to up my game! I love to cook, love to entertain; but running a welcoming home is hard work. However, reviewers who mentioned Meghan's efforts seem exhausting, obviously haven't come up against Martha. What I enjoy about watching Meghan's show is that she obviously ENJOYS the work necessary to cook delicious meals and the extra effort to make everything special. And of course she will be faulted for her abilities by all the naysayers.
I'm watching with my family and it fits so well into the conversations we're having right now about being more intentional with our time and money. Who we spend our time with and how. That Roy Choi episode was soooo good in particular!
I especially loved the playful banter between Meghan and Mindy. Mindy seems to be one of those friends who reminds you not to take yourself too seriously, and I can see her bringing the silly out in her a little bit. Meghan has her own little zingers, but they're much more subtle ;)
I want to know who else looked at the first episode wondering if the oven mitts, potholders and aprons are part of As Ever.
I throw this around a lot but I truly mean it this article was a joy to read and I loved your perspective on Meghan’s new show!

Not the Dr. Oz reference 😂😂😂 This sounds great. A little joy never hurt anyone.
