I will never understand why on earth she hasn’t used this moment to lift up other cancer patients and to promise to use her platform and privilege to advocate on their behalf. Cancer isn’t fun or glamorous and I’m so glad she has made it through but for a family whose mission is allegedly to be “of service” this feels very, very off.

If you listen to the video, Catherine did say she was supporting those affected by cancer. I am sure that when she is back to full-time public duties, supporting cancer patients will be uppermost in her mind.

How's is Kate supporting those affected by cancer? Literally, what is she doing? Neither Kate nor Charles have said what kind of cancer they have. Neither has made any kind of statement about getting checked (how can they without telling us what kind of cancer they have?), being aware of symptoms, etc.

I'm surprised that Tom Sykes pointed out how the British Media would have criticized the video if it had come from Meghan: his sources and attitude are pretty much all William and Kate based.

And even in the victory lap, a shot at Harry and Meghan. Why are you concentrating on them in this moment? Harry and Meghan don't mention your names, why mention theirs, which draws comparisons?

Thanks for adding the video w/ Succession music, it felt as creepy and perfect as a prelude to a television show!

Something didn't sit right with me, and now I realize it's William. He has a real likability problem.

I *love* how they were playing family table games with Kate's parents, and not Charles and Camilla... lol. It doesn't leave much room to wonder who the real grandparents are to those kiddos.

This happy family fakery isn't proof of life of Kate's recovery from her alleged health woes. It's proof of life for their rotten marriage. I'd love to see a body language expert decode Workshy Willie's peevish, strained smile, and Kate's flinging of the arms all over his tensed-up body. Yuck. Their attempt to one-up and emulate the genuine love Meghan and Harry have for each other is palpably pathetic. And as Catherine pointed out, Kate's inability to thank her medical team, be truthful about what kind of cancer she had, what kind of treatment, what kind of support is shameful. (I'm saying this as a cancer survivor.) It's all vague, airy-fairy crap. Almost everyone I know with cancer still had to work and manage the treatment without enormous staff and money to pay for everything without going bankrupt, so this to me is really off.

Cancer is tough. Watching your mom struggle through cancer is tough. Wishing Kate and her family the best, and praying that my mom can, one day soon, be cancer-free, too.

I don't know what's going on. Is this a perfume commercial?

The real love ❤️ and caring that Catherine and William have for each other and their children shone through, for me. They are stronger and more resilient than ever. Supporters of Harry and his wife will always find fault with the Wales... and you're spot on. The Wales's don't give a 💩

I wonder in the era of the government planning to get rid of the remaining hereditary peers from the House of Lords, how this plays. All of this feels like a wasted opportunity to connect with real people and broaden their support beyond staunch royalists.
